Purpose and terms of use
This legal notice governs access to and use of the website https://oscorpcameras.com, owned by OSCORP ENTERPRISE, S.L. The site serves two purposes: editorial and catalogue, documenting a private collection of film cameras, and distance selling of the pieces that leave that collection, through the shop section.
Using the website implies express acceptance of the terms set out here. Users undertake to make proper use of the content and services and not to use them for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to good faith.
Intellectual and industrial property
All text, photographs, designs, source code and other content on the site are the property of its owner and are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Reproduction, distribution, modification or public use without express written authorisation is prohibited.
The trade marks, logos and trade names of the cameras shown (Leica, Nikon, Canon, Zeiss Ikon and others) belong to their respective owners and are cited solely for descriptive purposes and for the historical cataloguing of the pieces.

The owner works to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the complete absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the service. The owner is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or of the information it contains.
The site may contain links to third-party pages (Wallapop, Instagram and others). The owner is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those external sites.
Nature of the site and transactions
Most of this site is an editorial gallery of a private collection of film cameras. The pieces that leave that collection are put up for sale in the shop section, where distance purchases are indeed completed.
Sales are made by OSCORP ENTERPRISE, S.L. as a professional seller. Payment is processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; card details are never stored on this site's servers. Shipping is free and within Spain only. Some pieces are also listed on Wallapop, in which case the sale is additionally governed by that platform's terms.
The terms applying to these sales, together with the rights that consumer law grants the buyer (among others, the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity), are set out in the terms of sale and returns.
Governing law
The relationship between the owner and users of the site is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of the consumer user's place of residence have jurisdiction.
