Terms of sale and returns

Last updated: 29/08/2026

Only a small part of the collection is for sale. https://oscorpcameras.com documents a private collection of film cameras; the pieces that leave it are published in the shop and bought directly on this site, paying by card through Stripe. Some pieces are also listed on Wallapop, in which case the sale is additionally governed by that platform's terms.

1. Seller identity

  • Company: OSCORP ENTERPRISE, S.L.
  • VAT number: B23917172
  • Registered address: Calle Fluviá 278, portal 6, puerta 2, 08020 Barcelona, España
  • Email: sinenspol@gmail.com
  • Website: https://oscorpcameras.com
  • Activity: documenting and cataloguing a collection of film cameras, and distance selling of the pieces that leave that collection.
  • Seller status: professional (not a private individual). Consumer buyers are entitled to every right granted by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

2. The cameras: exactly as shown in the photographs

The cameras in the collection are second-hand, collectible items. When one is listed for sale, it is offered exactly as shown in the photographs and described on its page: the images are part of the description and show the real condition of that specific unit.

Being used and old, they show signs of wear consistent with their age (cosmetic marks, wear, patina). Where those signs appear in the photographs or are stated in the description, they form part of the described condition and are not treated as a defect. The condition of each piece is set out on a documented condition scale.

3. Where you buy and how you pay

Pieces listed in the shop are bought directly on this site. The price that applies is the one shown on the product page at the time of purchase, taxes included.

Payment. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. through their secure payment page. Card details are entered within Stripe's environment and never pass through or get stored on this site's servers.

Shipping. Free and within Spain only. Maximum delivery time is 7 days from payment confirmation. Each camera is a single unit, so once a piece is sold it is no longer available.

Some pieces are also listed on Wallapop. Those sales use that platform's payment system, shipping and buyer protection, alongside what is set out in this document.

4. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you buy as a consumer from a professional seller in a distance sale, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason and without penalty, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (as amended by Law 7/2021).

How to exercise it: tell us before the deadline by email at sinenspol@gmail.com, stating the transaction and the order reference (or, if you bought through Wallapop, through that platform's messaging). You may use the model form at the end of this page, though it is not compulsory.

  • Returning the camera: it must be sent back without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of your notice, in its original condition and packed well enough to protect it.
  • Cost of return: the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer.
  • Refund: all payments received will be refunded, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days at the latest. The refund may be withheld until the camera is received back or until you provide proof of dispatch. Refunds are made using the same payment method, at no additional cost.

5. Legal guarantee of conformity

As a consumer you are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity under current law. As these are second-hand goods, and as the law permits, the period is set at one (1) year from delivery.

Conformity is assessed against the description and the photographs on the product page and against the item's status as a used good. If the camera does not match what was described, you are entitled to have the lack of conformity remedied (repair or replacement where possible) or, where applicable, to a price reduction or to cancel the contract, on the terms set out by law. To claim, write to sinenspol@gmail.com describing the problem.

It does not cover normal wear through use, signs of use already shown in the photographs or stated in the description, or damage caused by improper use or handling after delivery.

6. Complaints and dispute resolution

For any complaint you can write to sinenspol@gmail.com, or use Wallapop's dispute system if the purchase was made through that platform.

Under Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution platform, available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of the buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
